The course balances theory with real-world applications for a practical, skill-building approach to energy leadership that will prepare you for the challenges ahead. 

BUS 341 Management Concepts and Applications
This course will help experienced energy industry managers or those preparing for leadership positions, expand their understanding of management principles and practices. The course presents fundamental management theories while examining the manager’s role in today’s global business environment. Topics include strategies for planning and decision making, organization and controls, leadership, motivation, staffing and managing change in an industry that is increasingly competitive and rapidly changing.
